Drum Packing
The drumming facilities are majorly located in the Middle East and manufacture high quality new steel drums using high quality Standardized Steel produced by companies all in conformity to EN DIN standards or ASTM Standards. In these drumming facilities under the supervision of QC Management System and Supervision, Bitumen is packed in corrugated cold rolled steel drums.
Our Bitumen is transported in drums of various dimensions and weight. Having a broad experience in transporting bitumen in drums we can advise clients on the most appropriate and suitable form of delivery customs suited for the complexity of your final destination, considering economies of transport and required quality standards to ensure the products reach their target destinations flawlessly without leakage or spillage. We ensure appropriate and realistic consultations to our clients to ensure timely shipment and delivery of products and services to their site, to ensure that projects are not delayed to avoid idle times and project delay penalties. Our experienced and trained team take care about efficiency, transparency and attention to detail, ensuring that each client shipment is treated with utmost priority, no matter to size.

Polybag Packing
The Polybag is filled with bitumen that is exactly cooled down to a temperature slightly higher than the softening point - and lower than the melting point of the plastic liner material of the bag into a special Polyolefin Bag and is let down to harden and
The inner bag is placed in a very solid and firmly designed 3ply outer layer of special polymeric bags.These bags are environmental friendly and safe to handle, as it allows transportation and storage of large quantities of bitumen for long periods of time reducing energy costs and avoiding any left overs in drums or un-necessary heating like in bulk vessels. The outer layer is cut open and the inner liner melts with the bitumen during the melting process using specially designed high tech melting units which have a capacity of 4 tons per hour.
The reduction in carbon emissions due to long haulage of heated bitumen is avoided in all types of cold packing, however with the bag, additional benefit is that there are no environmental left overs and bitumen is only melted when and where needed. The bags also save about 8% of energy consumption in comparison to drums melting or Bitutainers.<

Bulk Shipment
Bulk Bitumen Tanker availability on some Global Markets is quite tight and insufficient vessels are available, however making use of our good network of ship owners, tanker operators and our integrated own shipping team will assist our clients to materialize bulk bitumen supplies. The company also has strong relationships with many refiners of bitumen both small and large throughout the world and is therefore able to offer a wide range of bulk bitumen supply solutions.
Our shipping team ensures best freight rates for voyage charters or time charters and will assist our clients to meet their Bitumen requisitions. Bulk bitumen cargoes can be supplied in tankers ranging in size between 1,000 and 8,000 metric tons. We can supply bulk bitumen on a Delivered ex-Ship, CIF, C&F or FOB basis depending on the customer’s needs. While most deliveries by tanker will be direct into a tank terminal, we can arrange for discharge into trucks if a terminal with pipeline connection to a jetty is not available.
Our quality assurance team will implement and engage appropriate quality control measures to maintain the quality of the bulk bitumen shipped throughout the voyage so that our clients may receive quality bitumen at their destination terminals. In bulk shipments we appoint internationally reputed inspection company to carry out Bitumen quality inspections and certifications for the clients from point of loading to point of delivery.

Bitutainers
Our Bitumen tank containers are used for the transport and storage of bitumen emulsions, PMBs and heavy fuel oils. They maximise product carrying capacity within the constraints of a standard ISO shipping slot space. Bitumen thanks are ideal for temporary storage depots and job sites.
